Care should be understandable

A guide on your side, not a broker in the middle.

Medical travel can lower costs, but only if the clinical plan, provider credentials, logistics, and follow-up are made clear. Our role is to help you ask better questions and coordinate the path—not to steer you toward the highest-paying hospital.

Separate paymentsYou pay the hospital, doctor, hotel, and airline directly. The coordination fee is listed separately.
Screen before you travelRecords, written estimates, likely risks, and post-treatment needs are reviewed before an itinerary is built.
Interpret meaning, not just wordsBilingual support helps translate medical instructions, cultural expectations, and practical next steps.
Planning benchmarks

Start with a comparison. End with a written quote.

These figures are directional benchmarks for early planning—not offers, guarantees, or a substitute for a treatment-specific estimate.

Comprehensive physical

U.S. planning reference≈ $5,000
Beijing planning reference≈ $1,200

Scope varies widely. Compare included imaging, labs, physician reviews, and follow-up—not just the headline price.

Single dental implant

U.S. planning reference$3,000–$6,000
China provider estimateQuote pending

Implant system, bone grafting, crown material, and number of visits can materially change the total.

Knee replacement

U.S. planning reference≈ $50,000
China provider estimateQuote pending

A complete comparison must include implant choice, inpatient care, rehabilitation, lodging, and the return-flight window.

All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Actual U.S. cost depends on insurance and benefits; actual China cost depends on clinical review and provider. Travel, lodging, companion costs, and the coordination fee are separate unless a written estimate says otherwise.

From question to return home

One journey, six clear decisions.

You keep control at every stage. No travel is booked and no provider is selected until you understand the proposed care and its tradeoffs.

Define the need

Share the procedure or screening you are considering, your timing, and the questions you need answered. This is not a diagnosis.

Organize records

Create a concise medical summary and identify the records, imaging, medication list, and physician notes needed for review.

Compare care options

Review credentials, treatment scope, written estimates, likely recovery, and what happens if the plan changes.

Build the itinerary

Coordinate appointment timing with flights, visa requirements, lodging, ground transportation, interpretation, and a realistic recovery buffer.

Navigate care in China

Receive bilingual support through check-in, consultations, treatment, discharge instructions, and practical day-to-day logistics.

Return with a handoff

Leave with translated records and a follow-up plan you can share with a U.S. clinician. Local follow-up must be arranged separately.

Care networks

Beijing depth. Shanghai access.

Partner hospitals are being screened now. Specific names will only be published after clinical capability, international-patient operations, pricing transparency, and follow-up protocols have been reviewed.

Transparent coordination

One fixed service fee. Zero hospital kickbacks.

Patients pay hospitals and other providers directly. We do not accept commissions or referral fees from hospitals, which keeps the recommendation separate from the provider’s bill.

You receive the coordination scope and fee in writing before you decide to proceed.

Dental implant journey$1,500–$2,500
Joint replacement journey$2,500–$4,000
Executive physical journey$500–$800

Illustrative fixed-fee ranges. Final service scope and fee depend on case complexity, travel duration, and level of on-site support. Medical, travel, lodging, insurance, and companion expenses are separate.

Who this may fit

Built for deliberate planners.

Age 55–64 and between coverage optionsEspecially early retirees, self-employed people, or those facing a gap before Medicare eligibility.
A planned, non-emergency needYou have time to review options, records, travel fitness, and follow-up before making a decision.
Comfort comparing tradeoffsYou want to weigh clinical quality, price, travel, recovery, and continuity—not chase a discount alone.
A U.S. follow-up planYou understand that overseas care still requires appropriate follow-up after you return home.
Before you decide

Questions worth asking.

Is this medical advice?
No. Jadova Health provides education, translation, planning, and coordination. Diagnosis and treatment decisions belong to licensed clinicians. You should involve a trusted U.S. clinician where appropriate.
How are hospitals selected?
The screening framework considers clinical capability, relevant specialist experience, international-patient operations, credential transparency, written pricing, complication pathways, and follow-up records. Specific partners have not yet been announced.
Who receives my medical payment?
You pay the hospital or treating provider directly. Jadova Health’s fixed coordination fee is separate. We do not take a commission or kickback from the hospital.
What if my treatment plan changes after I arrive?
A written estimate should define what is and is not included, but clinical findings can change a plan. Before treatment, ask the clinician to explain the reason, alternatives, added risks, and revised cost. Non-emergency changes remain your decision.
What happens if there is a complication?
That question must be answered before travel: which provider handles it, what additional care may cost, what insurance may cover, when it is safe to fly, and who coordinates records with your U.S. clinician. No overseas pathway removes clinical or travel risk.
Does the service include flights, hotels, or insurance?
No. Those costs are separate unless your written service scope explicitly says otherwise. The coordinator can help organize the plan, while you retain direct control of purchases and provider payments.
Start with your questions

Prepare a concise care brief.

Select a care path and download a checklist of the information to gather before speaking with a coordinator or clinician. Nothing is submitted or stored.

What are you exploring?

The checklist stays on this device unless you choose to share it. It does not contain or request sensitive medical details.
